SECTION 1 – PLATFORM ACCESS

Platform access may be provided through approved registration, invitation, onboarding, account creation, or other methods authorized by CargoThrive.

SECTION 10 – EMAIL DELIVERY, RECEIPT, FORWARDING AND PROCESSING DISCLAIMER

CargoThrive provides tools designed to receive, transmit, monitor, forward, process, analyze, match, store, organize, and assist with business email communications.

However, CargoThrive does not guarantee that every email or electronic communication will be successfully received, forwarded, transmitted, delivered, synchronized, stored, detected, parsed, matched, displayed, processed, or acted upon.

Email communication depends upon numerous systems, configurations, networks, service providers, and technical factors that may be outside CargoThrive’s reasonable control.

Accordingly, CargoThrive does not warrant or guarantee that:

SECTION 11 – CLIENT RESPONSIBILITY FOR CRITICAL COMMUNICATIONS

CargoThrive is designed to assist business users with communication monitoring, workflow management, operational organization, and risk reduction.

However, CargoThrive should not be relied upon as the sole method of receiving, sending, monitoring, confirming, or acting upon time-sensitive or business-critical communications.

Where failure to receive, send, identify, or act upon a communication could result in significant operational, financial, legal, contractual, customs, regulatory, or commercial consequences, clients are responsible for independently confirming that the relevant communication has been received and properly handled.

CargoThrive is an operational support platform and does not replace the client’s own responsibility for managing critical business communications.

Users remain responsible for reviewing information where accuracy is material to a business decision or operational action.

CargoThrive does not guarantee that automated processing will identify every error, inconsistency, status change, shipment event, communication, deadline, or operational condition.
